It was here that the concept of Being as eternal and unchanging took shape, a philosophy that inspires our pursuit of harmony, balance and perfection in flavour.

The Elea collection embodies this philosophy: an experience that brings together the purity of the finest cocoa and the unmistakable character of Mediterranean ingredients, achieving a perfect balance between essence and pleasure.

Crafted from straw paper, with a base and lid, Elea features four elegant, individually enclosed compartments, each devoted to a distinctive encounter of aromas and sensations:

• Scugnizzi – Figs, cocoa and rum blend in an intense, enveloping embrace.
• Prahesi – Almonds, cinnamon and 70% dark chocolate: the richness of Mediterranean tradition enhanced by a delicate spicy note.
• Munacielli – Candied lemon, pistachios and 70% dark chocolate create a vibrant, fresh and seductive contrast.
• Limonfico – Figs, lemon and 70% dark chocolate made from cocoa mass: a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, sunshine and shadow, sea and land.

Each creation is a small work of art, born from the meeting of fine cocoas sourced from around the world, Mediterranean citrus fruits and produce, and ancient spices and fragrances. Together, they give rise to a sensory enchantment that moves the heart and captivates the palate.
