Santomiele’s Nemo is a small collection of Santomiele figs, dried in the sun and wind of South-Italy’s Terroir. Figs processed with artisanal techniques, without preserving agents or sulfites.

1. The Santomiele Scugnizzi Gems 100 g 3.52 Oz
Ingredients: 65 % figs (Italy ), 23 % Cover Dark chocolate (cocoa 70%. Cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla, emulsifier: soy lecithin), 5 % cocoa powder 100%, 2,5 % white sugar, 2,5% brown sugar, 2% cinnamon, < 1% Rhum (rum 100%, water, flavorings; 70% V).

2. The Santomiele Praghesi Gems 100 g 3.52 Oz
Ingredients: 77 % Almonds (Italy), 12 % extra dark chocolate (cocoa min. 70%; cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter. Emulsifier: soy lecithin; vanilla), 7 % brown sugar, 4 % cinnamon.

3. Santomiele’s Fagottino 100 g  3.52 Oz
Ingredients: 77% figs (Italy), 17% almonds (Italy), 1,3 % raisins (extra UE), 2% candied fruit (orange and leemon peel, glucose syrup, sugar), <1% rhum (rum 100%, water, flavorings; 70% V), <1 % Santomiele molasses figs (figs, water).

4. Santomiele’s Ficodoro 100 g 3.52 Oz
Ingredients: 70 % figs (Italy), 13 % almonds (Italy), 9 % Cover Dark chocolate (cocoa 70%. Cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla, emulsifier: soy lecithin), 6,5 % walnuts (Chile), 0,5 % fennel, 0,5 % citrus fruit peels, 0,5 %  cinnamon.
